That team doesn't deserve to be considered a collegiate athletic program, much less win anything. Pathetic is an understatement.

Yet they almost beat LSU this year. Tigers had to rally in the 8th and 9th to pull out the win.

Once you get into conference play, they dont really mean anything. You aren't throwing a guy that will pitch on the weekend. You often are giving guys playing time that you might not on the weekend. Why is this so difficult for people to understand?

The NCAA issued a postseason ban for Southern in all sports back in 2013. They have "no usable data" with regard to academic progress for their students.
Normally this process wouldn't take 2 years to complete, but in Southern's case they are missing data as far back as 2003.
