And Auburn for the most part couldn't touch it

I'm down with the coach being thrown in jail though

What were the results of said curveballs?

Because if the batters were missing I'd keep throwing them as well.

Fastball harder on elbow than curveball some studies show and cause of Tommy John

Now sliders are worst

A properly thrown curveball produces less stress on the elbow than a fastball. Velocity kills, even more, high pitch counts without proper rest kills the most.

Is the Crimson Tide pitcher 11 years old? If he's a college pitcher, he'll be fine.

Well most people who throw a 12-6 curve, have the same arm slot when throwing a fastball....So was he a 12-6er?

They swept Auburn? Why would you fire someone who knows his arch-rvials biggest weakness?

If it was HS I'd be right beside you but its college everyone is there on scholarship, unless the kid is a top prospect this is basically what he's playing for

Anyone remember Paul Bertuccini for LSU? He pretty much only threw curve balls.

Don't forget it will take a miracle for Alabama to come back and even go to Hoover... so this easily could have been their world series

A kid whose fastball isn't good enough to be thrown isn't a prospect.
