I watched this game as a boy and will never forget the last minute. I was so happy at one point when Kentucky took the lead, and then I was crying a few seconds later.

Horrified. Crushed. Heart-Broken. Melt City.

Outside that game I believe the UNLV/Duke game in 91'

Worst final was UConn/Butler

God that was painful.

Butler picked the wrong night to turn into a rec league team that plays one on 5 and takes horrible shots.

I think they bricked 85% of their shots.

UConn wasn't much better but won easily.

All of this and more.

The most boring final four in history.

I forgot all about it until you mentioned it.

'85 was an exciting but crazy game, lowest seed to win the tourney also one of the biggest underdogs. No three point line and the last title game without a shot clock.

Nova took 10 shots in the second half, but they made 9 of them.

Final Four single game records for the highest shooting %, and fewest shots.
Nova had 17 turnovers, 17 rebounds and only took 28 shots and won.

NO... That would be beating Witchita St. in the 1981 regional Final in New Orleans.
