They are getting what they deserve for winning a championship by having to take out QB's. They would of lost easily if they didnt hurt Favre. Plus, they shouldnt of given Brees 100 mullion. Should of gotten some other good players. He isnt worth no where near 100 mil

Yes that new terrible practice of defensive players legally going after quarterbacks.... In the playoffs nonetheless. Such a novel barbaric concept.

exactly. the saints didn't do anything illegal on the field. nothing.

they did not play dirty or cheap.. but let the ignorant sheep continue to hate.

this game is professionally officiated not only on the field, but every game is reviewed after. the saints never had any significant fines or penalties.

Decisions like drafting Mark Ingram in the first round in '11.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you're a blue collar worker.

I'll assume you have evidence? You might want to alert the media since you're the only one that has it.

Kudos.

and only like 2 good players on offense

I missed this gem from last night. That's fricking an idiotic statement.

Brees
Colston
Evans
Grubbs
Graham
Pierre
Sproles

There is a reason our offense has been top notch for the last 6 years.

If the Saints sweep the Falcons (not likely) that could really change things

The Saints have led every game thus far this season. A few plays here and there and they could be 4-1 instead of 1-4. It's the same team as last season, except for a new defensive scheme which is making an already shitty defense even more shitty. Even so, they are +1 in turnover ratio.

I'd say it's safe to say they miss Payton.

The problem isnt Drew Brees and his contract. Or anything with the offense.

quote:

Brees' 2011 stats after 5 gms: 152-219 (.694 pct) 1769 yds, 12 TDs, 5 INTs.

Brees' 2012 stats: 139-236 (.588 pct) 1720 yds, 14 TDs, 6 INTs.

Either way, this team has a tough schedule. Realistically, Im not sure what to expect the rest of the way.

I am pretty certain 12-4 will get us into the playoffs.
