Says something happened to his team between the SEC Championship game and the Final Four game that he cant explain.

Hum, Seems we know what he's talking about.

So am I, but that has nothing to do with LSU either.

CBS radio was talking about this this morning. They said Saban was blaming the OSU loss on lack of his players' focus because they received NFL draft feedback the week before the game....

As gio and jones said, if you got a lower than expected draft grade that would make you play even harder in the playoff game. If you got a high grade, you'd want to show that is correct.

Looking for someone else to blame other than himself.

Same Nick.

It always amuses me the schadenfreude LSU fans display toward a team that made the final four as if we have anything to say to them about going 8-5 and choking against a weak Notre Dame team in a shitty bowl.

He and Les should get together over a beer and a few Little Debbies. Something happens to Les's team every year after the Bama game.

If little Nick were a puzzle it wouldn't be more than four pieces.

He shouldn't be. All coaches and fans that pay attention know it's not always easy to make players think the other team may want to prove something, and most top teams can beat the other on any given day.

Ohio State outplayed Alabama. Urban out-coached Saban.

For myself I just think the QB's made the biggest difference in the game.

As the playoff gets bigger and I think it will down the road there will be many more upsets, if that's what anyone wants to call it.

The SEC West as a whole didn't fare as well as most predicted at the end of the year.
