If Goodell really wanted the Patriots to lose, he would suspend Belichick for the season like he did to the Saints with Sean Payton.

Especially when you compare him to Adam Silver. If that collection of senile billionaires that runs the NFL had any foresight, they would take Adam Silver out to lunch and ask him who he thinks should run the league. Or they could send dump trucks full of $100s to his house until he agreed to ditch the NBA to run the NFL.
