Intentional missed free throw rebounded for the game winning three.

I don't think I've ever seen an intentionally missed free throw work out.

I intentionally missed a free throw in high school back in the 90s and the ref called some bullshite that gave the other team the ball. Was it ever a rule that you couldn't do that? Part of me wants to say that he was making some kind of a goal tending hand gesture, but obviously wasn't goal tending.

Did it hit the rim? Can't remember but I think that is the rule. So you can't just fling it up off the backboard.

It has to hit the rim.

Hell yeah, good to see an UAA video on here (that is the DIII conference Rochester and Chicago are in).

That is exactly how to miss a free throw. Don't arc it, make it a hard ricochet that has a chance to go through the hands of the rebounder.

That was perfection. And the tens of fans went wild.

From what I remember, I missed it on purpose, but it was about as ordinary looking as any miss can be. we got the rebound and he blew the whistle. After I walked down the floor made eye contact with him, and told him he sucked. Quickly drew a T.
