The title of the story is misleading. It Gives the impression that the "bribes" weren't accepted. It should have read "Competitors Accepted Bribes From Armstrong To Let Him Win Races". That tells a more complete story.

honestly i could care less. the whole doping testing system is rigged. they dont really want to catch people, just give the appearance that they are anti-doping

That is correct. The UCI, which is based in France, still hassn't stripped Lance of his titles and so far they're pooh-poohing USADA's report.
