Regarding camera angles for football games

Anyone else wish they would have the camera set up behind the offense? Maybe I've just gotten so use to it from playing Madden and NCAA, but damn, I hate not being see what's going on downfield.

Seems like ESPN had this set-up a years back where you could watch a game from different angles, but they haven't used it in awhile.

like with those camera's on wires? i thought some stadiums had those?

i remember watching the Rutgers game in 07 when they kicked a game winner and it was filmed on one of those wire cameras that can move all over the field

This is the change I want the NHL to make. They always talk about making it a better tv sport but never do anything different.

I hate when they use the skycam for field goals. Which is most of the time.

It's not the best camera quality and the angle is terrible as they swing around.

it's the best angle bc it's kinda what the kicker sees and the best view of whether it truly goes between the posts or not

Yeah they do but they seldom use them for the angle I'm talking about. Think like the PAT camera but zoomed in a some more. Like an endzone view from behind the offensive line.
