Red Sox making moves pick up Aaron Hill and Brad Zeigler

Just made the trade for Zeigler, they picked up Hill two days ago.

For Zeigler they gave up minor league infielder Luis Alejandro Basabe and pitcher Jose Almonte, both of whom were playing at Class A Greenville.
The Brewers announced that they have traded Aaron Hill and cash considerations to the Red Sox in exchange for minor league right-hander Aaron Wilkerson and minor league second baseman Wendell Rijo.

With the latest injuries to Holt, Shaw and Hanley. A Hill can fit in nicely. Zeigler is a good pickup w no Carson Smith and Tarawa n Kimbrel possibly headed to the dl. Much needed bullpen help

He had a nasty sprain last night, so it might be a bit before he's back again.
