Hard to do this because of the positions involved. SS's and CF's have to be incredibly athletic; not so much relief pitchers. Same with cornerbacks and placekickers.

Why are so many putting baseball as first?
So many slobs in the sport. Look at a guy like Babe Ruth. I believe it's a difficult sport and positions like SS and CF are usually very solid athletes, but I don't se anyone in there like a Lebron James, Cam Newton, Russell Westbrook, Dez Bryant and so on. Hockey takes crazy skill and athleticism as well, a lot going on. Maybe I have a different view on what athleticism is though.
NBA Basketball has the best athletes IMO. Lebron, Westbrook, AD, etc.
NFL, NHL, Tennis and Soccer would all be ahead of MLB in terms of athleticism as well.

Not sure about NHL. I think they'd be on the same level as baseball players.
