As much as I hate Skip, he is the only thing that is keeping that show afloat.

Kobe's career FG% in the Finals is like 41%. I really just can't understand that considering he had solid teams around him.

He takes bad shots, plain and simple. He shot well in the 2009 Finals, but he's had some atrocious performances as well(6/24 Game 7 vs Boston). It all goes back to Kobe thinking the shot he takes is the best shot on the floor, so when you're in the Finals, where the margin for error is smaller than the regular season, he REALLY thinks his shot is the best on the floor.

I also consider Dirk and Wade as better teammates that make their team better around them typically

Well Dirk averages less than 3apg for his career and has never been the primary ball handler, so I don't know how he makes his teammates better. He looks to get his own shot, or he's drawing the defense out of the paint, but that's about it. He rarely facilitates the offense, so if he is making his teammates better, it's indirect.

Let me preface this by saying I do think that Wade is less selfish than Kobe, but I think a lot of that is based off his game. Wade averages 18 shots a game for his career, while Kobe is at 19.6. That's not a huge difference, especially when you consider the limitations in Wade's jumper. Kobe can hit threes and outside shots consistently, but Wade has proved time after time that he struggles hitting a consistent perimeter shot. If he could shoot from the outside like Kobe, I think it's safe to say that he takes significantly more shots over the years.
