5. Houston (Assuming no Josh Smith for now)

As of now, I have Denver and the Lakers out of my top 8.

No one good enough to challenge the Heat. OKC can't match up and San Antonio will be a year older next year and will have their hands full with a healthy OKC.

If Houston gets J Smith along with Howard, I probably move them to #1 and believe they give the Heat some trouble with Howard in the middle.

OKC is a big question mark to me. Great 1-2 punch but no 3rd scorer or inside scoring.
