Wilt won 1 title in LA, and was the 4-5th option.

And was the most singularly dominant player in the first 50 years of the league.
That holds a lot of value.

I'd disagree. Yes, he had better stats in Philadelphia, but as a Laker he was part of the transition from the league as being eclipsed by the Celtics.
The Laker timeline goes something along the lines of Established by Mikan, Transitioned by Baylor, Elevated by Wilt and Jerry, Resurrected by Kareem and Magic, and Restored by Shaq and Kobe.
And in those last 5 years, he set a few NBA records, career and single season. No, it wasn't 50/25 Wilt; it was 18/19/4 Wilt- 4 finals, 1 title, one Western Conference finals loss in 5 years.

Putting Wilt as a Laker above Kobe and Shaq is just laughable. As a player all-time, you can definitely make the argument. He pretty much played 4 seasons as a Laker, and his last two were the two worst seasons of his career.

It was 5 years, and it keyed the transition of the NBA to a new era-- the post-Russell era was largely framed by those Laker teams in the immediate aftermath of his retirement.
For better or worse, Wilt is always identified as a Laker-- and for that, he belongs above both Kobe and Shaq, who weren't even the defining players or franchises of their respective generations.
