Power 5 FB programs you wish forever mediocracy on

What are programs that you wish would become losing or mediocre programs in which 7 wins is considered a good season but seasons when they lose at least 7 games and maybe once in awhile going to the Popeye's bowl is a good thing. I'm talking Tulane type lameness in a program in a P5 school. My choices. One per P5 conference
SEC: Alabama. It would be awesome to see the Tide go through a 25 year losing streak with half-empty Bryant-Denny stadium.
Big 12: Oklahoma. I actually like Oklahoma since i know people there, but football wise this would be a bigger deal than Texas going down that road. I'd love to hear OU fans talk about the glory years of Switzer, Stoops, and Wilkinson. as they go 6-6 every year. Texas may be the answer many our looking for, but a down OU hurts Texas.
ACC: Notre Dame. I always felt ND football was most interesting during the Gerry Faust, Bob Davie years when ND not going for national titles becoming a national obsession. Seeing them struggle against Boston College and getting beat by Michigan State every year under Davie was pretty good.
Big 10: Michigan. The only correct answer. Can you imagine a Big House where half the fans are Ohio State fans and the home game against Purdue gets only 55,000 fans. I would love to see that and see the media rip into Michigan and see them agonize over how getting the right Michigan Man will save things.
PAC 12: USC. This I don't feel that passionate about. I know many will say USC as the obvious answer and since the NFL is coming back to Los Angeles a half-empty Collegium and seeing USC getting waxed by Oregon State and Utah would be cool.

Ole Miss. I just love seeing them flounder. It's kind of beautiful in a way.

None. I am not angry and bitter about other CFB programs unlike some people.

So basically the most historically successful program in each conference? Sounds about right

Dude, but it would be fun to see Alabama go 2-10 once in awhile and regard 7-5 as a break-out season in which they think they are coming back but then go 4-8 the next year.

Baylor
I liked it more when we sucked at football and didn't have to hear everyone bitch about the team losing players and coaches. Looks like I'm gonna get that wish.

USC. A million times USC. But mediocre is too good

For me I would say:
Pac-12: Oregon
Big 12: Texas
ACC: Miami
SEC: Alabama
Big 10: Penn State

None of them. It sucks seeing traditional powerhouse teams down. Football is better when those traditional teams are good.

Which is why Ole Miss is a perfectly reasonable suggestion.

Honestly I hate this opinion more than I hate any particular team in college football. Mouth breathers not wanting to learn about new teams is why the whole damn sport is a caste system.

I've played this game before. I don't like it.

Penn State: Being mediocre is too good for a cult that worships a man who spent DECADES covering up for a child rapist. If the NCAA had balls, they would give that program the death penalty, demolish the stadium and pour salt on the site.
Michigan: Screw Harbaugh and all his stupid camps and his creepy sleepovers with recruits. He made me side with Nick Saban on this. I hope he gets housed every year by Ohio State and Michigan State.
