Greg Jennings - He would still be playing there now
Ken Griffey - I wasn't too fond of him leaving Seattle in the first place and before the injuries started piling up in Cincy. The Mariners were an awesome squad to watch, especially that batting lineup.

Griffey leaving Seattle was the first one I thought of. The worst part is that Griffey toiled away on some terrible Mariners teams for years. They didn't even have a winning record until his seventh season and finished below .500 in his last two seasons there. After he left, the Mariners made the playoffs two years in a row and have four consecutive 90+ win seasons. To make matters worse, the team he goes to (Cincinnati Reds) has an 85 win season his first year and then proceeds to have nine consecutive losing seasons. In the end, Griffey played on only five teams with a winning record over his 22 year career. That's winning record as in finish above .500 not make the playoffs or win the division. Griffey had worse luck with bad teams than Barry Sanders had with the Detroit Lions.

Some say that Shaq should not have left Orlando.
Seems like playing with Kobe and D-Wade worked out okay for Shaq.
