That's 15. I'm sure three of them don't want to play or will be tired by the end of the playoffs.

I really, really think there is a strong chance that guys like CP3/Melo/Lebron do not play in the Olympics. I wouldn't if I was them, so I'm going to do my list without them:

G: Curry, Westbrook, Thompson, Harden, Leonard, Kyrie
F: Durant, Green, George, Aldridge
C: Davis, Cousins

2012 team had 3 PGs (Paul/Westbrook/Deron) and 6 Guards total. That's why I went that route.

Would love to see a lineup of Curry/Thompson/Green/Kawhi/Aldridge at some point, 3 Warriors and 2 Spurs all playing together.

If Lebron/CP3/Melo etc play it will look like WestCoastAg's team.

think our best starting lineup would be

curry
thompson
durant
lebron
davis

you can do everything with that lineup, space the floor, go into the post, run wild, slow it down

Glad to see we've dispensed with the fantasy that Kobe should get one more ride.

Only problem I can see with that lineup is against teams that want to get rough and physical. I'm not saying that lineup couldn't beat a team that wants to do that (they would still whip them), but in that instance I would probably shift AD to PF, Lebron to SF, bring in Demarcus at C.

Curry
Thompson/Durant
Lebron
AD
Cousins

G: WALL, Curry, Paul, Leonard, Thompson
F: FARIED, James, Durant, Green
C: COUSINS, Davis, Drummond

dudes in caps are not the originally proposed players.
dropped westbrook, Anthony, Harden

I would not have Harden on my team. I get why OKC did not keep him.
matador defense disgusts me.

I think Faried's attitude is infectious and great to have. He's my Rudy on this team.

The lineups and versatility you can put out there is just retarded.

Guys who can handle, shoot, pass, play above the rim, rebound, mid-range, 3 point, defend. Just insane.

The only problem I see is if a guy like Paul doesn't play, and you go with say, Curry/Westbrook/Kyrie as your PGs...those guys really aren't distributors (even though they can).

We won't take Drummond AND Cousins. Not happening. Just not the style that Team USA has played in awhile.

There is zero chance Westbrook is left off if he wants to play. Same thing with Harden.

There really isn't any teams like that in international play. There were times in 2012 where we were running with Melo at the 5.

I think the best lineup would be

PG: CP3
SG: Steph
SF: Durant
PF: Lebron
C: Davis
