Knicks president Phil Jackson told The New York Times he was serious when he said recently he "didn't know why" he didn't receive any votes for the NBA's Executive of the Year award, adding: "I saw Mitch Kupchak got a vote, so I know some people valued what the Lakers were doing obviously." The Knicks were 17-65 last season.

I don't get it either

The vote was a farce because Morey didn't win

It's pathetic that after all his success he still acts like a petulant child after the most petty things

Insecurity fuels a lot of extremely successful people.

Haters can hate, but Morey has never finished higher than 7, yet he's never drafted higher than 16 in the lottery. Dude got the Rockets to 3rd in the NBA (both record and playoff finish) without tanking.

Phil needs to ditch the Knicks and come coach the Montana Grizzlies until he dies.

They are 3rd in their hearts, that's all that matters.

I hope the Knicks suck for all eternity. Any team that plays in Madison Square Garbagedump deserves to suck for all eternity.

I'll take the Rockets over the team that was swept by the runner-up.
