PGA Tour agrees to support anchored putting ban

I guess it isn't a huge story, but there were whispers that the policy board wouldn't support the ban. I'm glad they went along with it.

I am really anxious to see how the guys on the Web.com and Hooters tours adjust to this change?! They have gotten to where there are because they switched. Should be some interesting changes in the next few years on those respective tours!

Now the lawyers line their pockets. Scott and I think 6 other players have put a law firm on retainer. Will be interesting to see if they pursue it in court.

On another note, I hate hearing regular sports radio guys talk about golf rules and what they don't like about golf. Some guys on CBS Sports Radio were talking about this on the way home today and were making no sense.
