Wait so Petersons mistake counts for 7 points when he gave the other team the ball at the 50. But it doesn't count for 7 when he gave it to his own offense at the 20? Makes sense in Tennessee I guess

No, no he didn't. Giving up the ball that leads directly to a TD is not = to a int return leading to 0 points. Simple math and logic
