Patriots have 14 players on their 53-man roster who played for the 2013 Browns

Hughes is now the 14th (!) player signed by the Patriots who spent time on the 2013 Browns roster, when now-former Patriots exec Michael Lombardi was general manager. Lombardi parted ways with the Patriots this offseason after spending two years as an assistant to the coaching staff. Lombardi and Patriots head coach Bill Belichick remain close.
Here’s the full list of players who were on the 2013 Browns and have since spent time on the Patriots.

Pretty misleading title. That's a list of guys who have spent time on NEs roster since it was a 90 man limit
I think only maybe 4-5 of those guys are on the active 53 roster and I'm including Dion Lewis who is IRd right now and not counting on the 53

Sheard, Hughes (just signed off the waiver wire), and Mingo are the only Browns on the active 53 man roster

Not really since it's a normal amount of players from another team
They are also counting players that never even made the Browns roster. So just random bottom of the 90 man roster guys that teams run through a billion times through the offseason, which of course due to Lombardis influence will have a greater number of guys from where he just came from

But to be NFL bust, you have to have some sort of expectations
