his ignoring of the OL is what irks me the most. It's like he didn't watch the SB or any other game

I don't think the Norman thing was the killer, but the O-Line mismanagement is. That fricked Carolina in the SB last year and it's doing the same this year.

Same here. Irritated me badly when no O-Linemen were drafted in the past off-season.

In other news,
TD!

Agreed. It still blows my mind that he is starting like he is.

Agree, Remmers is a practice squad player and he is our LT right now. It is maddening.

He is also ignoring the Dline too, we have no one worth a shite at DE, yet he keeps signing Delaire who is horrible.

I don't get it, Gettleman has let his ego ruin this team.

Don't get me started on Shula, he has no idea how to run this O.

Rawls is a awkward looking runner. Takes forever to hit the hole.

Yeah I've been happy to hear Shula getting roasted on 102.5 The Fan. You listen to them?

I think they are related. Instead of just biting the bullet on Norman, Gettleman did it the worse possible way. The week of the draft? No compensation for him? He gave the team no other option since all of the talent was already singed by then.

I also believe that this sent a message to the whole team and they all don't give a shite anymore. Why play balls to the wall when Gettleman will just frick you over?

Agreed that he didn't handle it well at all. We'll see if they have their head thoroughly up their arse or not in the coming off-season.

Sure do, I usually catch it 2-3 days a week. I agree that it is good to finally hear them calling Shula out. I thought that was a stupid hire from the beginning.
