When it became clear this thing wasn't gonna be ready and acceptable, the Olympics should have been moved to the US. We have the facilities and infrastructure already in place to handle it. In 6 months, we could have had everything ready and still 10x better than Rio

That would clearly make the most sense ...but so would moving the Quatar World Cup...which isn't going to happen. Corruptness will win out and LA won't host...it'll probably go to Syria before it goes to a clean American bid.
