If they beat little old michigan state, they could have played in the big leagues.

OSU needed that loss. Kind of a double edged sword.

MSU shut OSU down. They were not a championship caliber team this season

I don't think they would have had the end to the season that they did without that loss. They would have either lost to Michigan or Iowa. At any rate, I don't think they get there.

I think a loss was inevitable, the team wasn't playing the right way. I'd much rather drop that one to Sparty than the Walmart Wolverines

Tennessee shut alabama down. You also lost to Ole Miss.

Without the 4th and 25, alabama and Ohio State were virtually the same team.

I think Ohio State would have beaten Alabama. They have too much star power.

Ohio States 16 (2016 NFL) draft picks didn't have the team SEC speed.

We shut Tennessee down and won.

In September.

Historically, such losses are forgiven if you keep on winning.

Except Ohio State had a two game schedule and lost one of those games at home. Alabama played and defeated six teams that finished ranked in the final AP Top 25 poll.

And Alabama shut them down and won the game.

When you play two ranked teams all year and lose one late, you are fricked.

And Alabama beats them this year. I wish they could have beaten a team Alabama destroyed so we could have played them.
