Where are you seeing Philly +1.5? My book has -3.

Chicago opened at +4, now up to +7...at home (vs GB)

San Fran opened at -3.5, no up to +2.5...at home (vs MIN)
Oakland, St. Louis, Jacksonville and Atlanta are all home dogs I'm looking at as well.

I'm tempted to play Pitt. They have been sitting around +3 since before th Brady suspension and when they announced he was back it leapt to +7.
