Orel Hershiser's 59 consecutive scoreless innings.
Shawn Green's 19 total bases in one game.
What are some others?

How are those obscure?
Don't mean to sound like an a-hole, btw.

Not obscure, but Cal Ripken and 2,632 games is up at the top.

i wouldn't put Hershisers as obscure, a lot of people who know baseball will know it, but the Green one is one you would have to have people look up, or ask what where the most bases in a game, etc.

Nolan Ryan's seven no-hitters. Not in today's game.

A few obscure records:
1. Robby Thompson of the San Francisco Giants set the mark for individual missteps on the basepaths, getting thrown out four times in one game in 1986.
2. Toby Harrah started at shortstop for the Texas Rangers in both games of a double header and didn't touch the ball once—the only time such an event has ever occurred.
3. Pete Rose made 10,328 outs in his big-league career, an advantage of more than 1,000 over the next guy on the list

The Hershiser and Ryan stats definitely do not meet the definition of "obscure".

Did he not touch the ball at all (assist) or did he not have a fielding attempt of a ball being hit at him ? I thought it was the latter, regardless that is truly unbelievable.
