Northside High Vikings (Lafayette)

I'm looking for some information on Northside's football team. Our team plays them Friday night in the first round of the playoff.
How good are they? Record shows 4-6 but I see they play a lot of private schools. Who are their studs/key players?

Is there only 2 public HS in Lafayette? That is all I remember hearing about when I went to grad school at UL.

More than that. LHS, Northside, Acadiana, Comeaux, not sure if there are any smaller ones and I didn't count Carencro since it's just outside of town.

You could count Carencro. We have 2 private schools in STM and Teurlings.
Northside isn't that great this year which is typical. Their program is turning around a little. They have speed that's for sure.

A lot of kids from the Youngsville area go there but yeah it's in Lafayette.

I went there. It's the east side public school in Lafayette. As well as kids from Broussard, Youngsville and Milton.
It's like a block away from STM. Always been bad at football as everyone who goes there cares more about the after game party than the game. At least that's how it was when I was there.
