Good question

I think after the Texas A&M game he's at least on the radar.

he ran for over 250 yards against arkansas too, but that wasn't as big of a stage.

this also probably isnt the best place to ask this considering most people who post here probably have heard of him due to the fact that the majority of MSB posters are LSU fans who have talked about him

Not well known at all. He's known as "oh Fournettes backup is really good too"

People who really follow football know that he is an exceptionally good back. To casual fans he was nothing more than Fournette's backup who was good.

IMO he was the better RB for LSU for the past two years.

But there was never any news of him in the national public.

I would be hard pressed to name ten returning RBs before Guice.

I could, but ten is pushing it still.

People only know who ESPN tells them to know, on a national level.

ESPN only told people that Guice was really good for 2-3 weeks of the season. That's not enough time.

ESPN will talk up Guice a lot next season, so people will know him.

I follow LSU pretty hardcore, but a good friend of mine who lives in Cincy told me he thought he was better than Fournette last year.

Was pretty surprised he knew who he was.

I feel like guice has more home run plays than fournette.

But you see more fournette td runs where he just decimates people in the process

That's what the people who were covering the bowl game were saying once it was decided that Fournette wouldn't play. In fact, one of the announcers didn't even know who he was in the pregame discussion.

He's very, very good, but I don't know that I've heard a single B1G fan in Chicago mention his name before.

I knew about (and loved him) ever since he broke a 45 yard td against western Kentucky in 2015 with a minute left to hit the over.

I think he's going to be the best lsu back in the NFL from the miles era before it's said and done. I think they're really going to work him into passing game this year. He just seems to be such a complete player. Has great vision as well
