I wouldn't call it pussification. I would call it the opposite. Closed-circuit TV to get direct revenue. Takes balls, because I think its going to fail for them.

In DFW, it will be available in the Verizon Club at Pizza Hut Park. They're ponying up the charge (FC Dallas) so it will be free.

Yeah it's not the USSF's fault. The Honduran federation couldn't reach an agreement with ESPN or Fox, so instead they sold it to a Spanish PPV company. It pretty much blows. frick Honduras for trying to extort ESPN for more than a game is worth.

Confession - I played soccer a lot as a teenager and in college, and I even liked it.

I just can't stand to watch it.
