If Big Ben have to sit 6 games because of somebody accusing him of rape, Vick needs to do the same thing. Hell someone got SHOT attending a party he was it.

Charges were never filed against Big Ben either right? The fact that Vick has already been suspended once means he should get more then what Big Ben got. JMO

Thats bullshite to throw Vick into the same situation as Big Ben. Big Ben was accused twice in one year of sexual assault. Having sex (raping) a drunk 20 year old girl who said stop isn't the same as a guy getting shot at your birthday party in a public setting.

People say the Big Ben situation was about the NFL protecting it's image. Someone getting shot at a convicted felons party is just as bad. Especially when they get shot 3min after Vick leaves.

There's enough going on to wonder wtf tho...
If I understand correctly Vick was not to associate with the guy who ended up getting shot (or it was a violation of his probation) - but they let him into the party anyway. Shortly before Vick leaves the party he argues with the guy that gets shot... then he lies to cops and maybe others about the timeline (to conceal when he left relative to when the guy was shot)
Whether it was Vick or one of his posse that shot him doesn't much matter IMO.
If we're going by the "best guess of what happened" approach to NFL discipline now? Vick violated probation and was involved with the guy being shot - that seems like a long term suspension of at least a year IMO

Who let him in?.....some person who is working the door. How in the hell are they supposed to know who the guy was. By some of you guys logic, if Vick is in Walmart and this dipshit walks in then...."awe shite, Vick violated his parole!!!!"

supposedly the tape showed the gunfire coming from the direction off camera where the vick party had moved to... it sounded like they waited there and shot him

Thank you. Vick is from the streets. If somebody snitches on you costing you Millions of $$$$$$$ and endorsements, ruin your rep, and let alone send you to federal prison and they pop up at your party do people honestly think Vick gonna let that slide.lol. I mean the guy blames the streets on him getting into dog fighting. Like they say on the streets, "Snitches get found in ditches".
ETA: I was all for giving Vick a second chance but he seems like he don't care. Why the hell would you have a "public" B-day party while on probation, after the NFL gave you a second chance, after the Big Ben situation where people wanted him punished for something he wasn't charged with.

Big Ben isn't a convicted felon like Vick who served time in prison and was already suspended once in the league. Sorry but once you are given a second chance you cut all ties with people that were involved in the first incident
