ve been to Wrigley 10 times and have sat pretty much everywhere. I can't think of one spot where you can stand and enjoy watching the game.

All the walk ways are in the concourse with little to no views.

This is literally exactly what I was thinking. I would be interested in knowing where some of those sections actually are.

I think you are standing on the concourse, directly behind the last row of seats. Single row around the back of the section. I dont think folks will be two and three deep trying to see over other people. I could very wrong though.

My parents bought SRO tickets the first time I ever went to Wrigley in the early 90s. You can essentially walk the concourse but you're relegated to standing shoulder to shoulder once you stop to watch. Sights aren't good with the overhang, and it's crowded. Pretty sure they over sell them, too.

I guess you're in the building though

Like behind the last row of bleachers or around the whole stadium?

Interesting, I honestly had no idea that they even had SRO. Stupid me I guess. I thought this was just like a post season thing to more tickets sold.

I sat in 220 at Bryant's first MLB game last year and I remember the standing room only people constantly getting told to move every time I would go to the concourse to get beer. Those Ushers were serious.

Yeah, thats what I was talking about earlier in this thread... From what I have read, its shoulder to shoulder standing right behind the 200 seats and you can only be one person deep. So if you can't squeeze in, you have to keep walking.

Got rooftop tickets on Waveland for Saturday, one kinda behind the foul pole. Showed the view, won't be able to see balls hit to the left field wall but other than that good sight lines.

That said, I wonder how conflicted Cub season ticket holders are. Make a huge mark up on their tickets or be in the stadium for the first WS game in forever? I'd bet more people sell G3. G5 has the potential to be huge for them if the Cubs can win at home; i couldn't imagine asking price on those tickets if it plays out that way

I will give you my thoughts on my thoughts. I am a season ticket holder in the Bleachers (all weekends, holidays, and night games (think it is 61 or so games a year).

This has entitled me to Games 3 and 5 for the World Series.

I am going to list my tickets for $$$$$$$$$$ for Friday's game. If the Cubs lose or win the first two, I am going Friday. If not will list them on Wednesday night, and if they sell they pay for my seasons tickets and playoff tickets at once plus some. I am not lowering the price and expecting to go. (it helps my brother in law lives less than a mile from the Wrigley)

As for game 5, it would take 25k a ticket for me to even think, and even then I do not think I would sell.

That's crazy money right there to turn down. I guess I would have to be put in that situation myself to really make that statement, but if someone offered me 25K for my tickets to a sporting event, I don't think I could turn it down. I understand being there in person to witness history, but in the off chance that the cubs lose that game, you're also out a ton of money. I think I would take the money, and just go hang out in the streets with the fans (since your brother doesn't live too far from the stadium).

My two seats last year in the bleachers for the combo plan was a total of $5,055 for the two.

The waiting list is long enough that I have not been able to upgrade to any full season seats.
