I am planning to keep up with this again this year as much as I can. Random LSU Hero, Salviati, and Tactical1 began their title defense this week, along with 2,036 others. Here are the final results for this week. Every team was picked at least once except for the Bears:

Packers (at CHI): 197
Bengals (at OAK): 139
Patriots (vs. PIT): 118

Jets (vs. CLE): 68
Broncos (vs. BAL): 52
49ers (vs. MIN): 50
Cardinals (vs. NO): 38
Chargers (vs. DET): 22
Chiefs (at HOU): 14
Titans (at TB): 13
Falcons (vs. PHI): 7
Rams (vs. SEA): 3
Bills (vs. IND): 2

Dead: 621

Seahawks (at STL): 196
Colts (at BUF): 160

Some odd two way action on some of those, like Vikings/Niners

I noticed that too. If both teams are being picked evenly, it's a good sign that I don't want anything to do with that game. For the record, I went with Carolina.

Try to avoid road teams playing against a good defense next year

That's alot work. I've done this before but only after Week 8 or so.

I don't see how to browse through all the results with the new layout. I can get to the detailed results grid, but I don't see how to go past page one.

If it makes you feel better you wouldn't last long anyway by picking away teams on week 1.

It took me a while to figure out how to get past the first page, you have to know how the URLs on this site work. Once you're at the detailed results page:

LINK

You have to add "&pg=2" to the end of the URL to go to page 2, and continue that for more pages.

It takes an iron dick to make plays like that in a free survivor league.

I'll never understand people taking Jacksonville/Cleveland etc. The point is to pick the best option to survive and advance. I would never hang my hopes on teams like that.

I understand this week was tough but man that's asking to go out.

You kind of have to go with proven commodities early in the season... if you don't have them later so what, who cares if you save New England for week 7 if you're out in week 3

To be honest, I moreso made that pick to pick against Jacksonville, not pick for Carolina.

There are 17 weeks and 32 teams. You should never pick Jacksonville or Cleveland
