Cardinals have $18.3M invested in the WR position (mostly Fitz I'm sure) but only about $13M on the offensive line, who protects the man who gets your highly paid WR's the ball. God I hate how the Cardinals have been run for the entirety of my life.

So they're cheap bastards on the important thirds and overpay on the less important in which relative to the other teams they are WAY overcompensating for.
