I didn't understand how girls didn't wear helmets in lacrosse. It hurts so bad being hot by a lacrosse ball.

I can see the need for Lacrosse and field hockey.

But if they mandate them for soccer, why not basketball too? Seems they'd be more needed there than soccer.

I've seen some brutal head to head collisions in soccer when two players go for the ball at the same time. I think these look ridiculous, but I have hard time disagreeing completely with their implementation.

Because actually soccer has a lot of concussions. Initially they thought most of the head injuries were due to heading but the latest info is from heads hitting the ground and collisions. Soccer has tried to hide it but info coming out.
