Is Baylor typical Baylor? I have not seen them play yet.

Yeah pretty much. They are good and have an awesome resume so far but no road games. They don't scare me at all tbh

Baylor's first true road game won't be until conference play.

The Bears have a good resume, but little depth. Really have to wonder what will happen when the Conference Tournament and NCAA Tournament come around. That's a lot of minutes in a short-period.

So looks like all in the world is right again: UCLA is back to being a basketball school and USC a football school

Baylor's rapid ascension up the AP poll.

11/14: NR (no votes received)

11/21: 20

11/28: 9

12/5: 4

Wins against Louisville, Michigan State, and VCU in the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament.

Win at home against Oregon (without Brooks) and Xavier.

Baylor is 3-0 vs. top 10 teams (1 neutral court; 2 home court)

#1 RPI

They run 8-9 men deep and their bench was what powered their win over Louisville and distanced themselves from Xavier. Definitely looks like their most balanced roster since their 2011-2012 team that lost to Kentucky in the elite 8 so far.

IUPUFW changed to Indiana Purdue FW. Now they are just Fort Wayne.

when I was a lad Fort Wayne had an NBA team. Pistons.

franchise and name conveniently moved to Detroit after Studebaker plant folded.
