Yup. Probably felt they had to get something in return as Noel was gone this summer anyways. Anderson is a nice bench piece.

I thought the 76ers were devaluing their own assets as they collected them. Turns out I was right.

So what we thinking. Does the George deal go through? Windhorst was really confident, but idk how good his guys are. I'd rely on Russillo/Woj before him

Mannix is on with Russillo right now. Says the Celtics are content with not making the move if the offer price is too high

I'd rather take my chances and get something for okafor when I can. If the rumors were true about okafor to the pacers 1st I'd much rather to that deal.

FWIW: multiple sources told me prior to season starting Sixers had standing offer of first-round pick for Noel from Celtics

probably 20+
If it's around $20mil, that's really not that bad in today's NBA.

It's probably the equivalent of, what, $12-14mil when we think of the cap in year's past?

Surprised Miami has yet to make a noteworthy move.

Adam Kaufman? @AdamMKaufman Becoming clearer as we're about 90 mins out from trade deadline: for #Celtics, feeling like Paul George or bust (regarding stars).

I hope the Lakers can pull off a trade for Paul George

I'm the opposite because that would mean trading away either Russell, Randle, Ingram. They can get George and other pieces in '18. Let's see how impatient Magic is

My point exactly. There's no point to gut the team for one player unless his name is Lebron.

My prediction (if it happens): 2017 Brooklyn pick (no protections), Crowder, 2018 Boston 1st, future Grizz 1st + Zeller/Young for PG-13.

I'm sorry but Boston would be getting fleeced if it was that much
