Boom lead me to this site a few weeks ago, so for consistency we'll continue to use it. It looks like the hotly contested MVP race isn't all that contested anymore. According to the oddsmakers, Westbrook's is now 6.5 times more likely to win the award than Harden.

Have you seen the tweets by other players?

It's a year where it's both the same.

, oh I know, but it was a nice chance to reiterate that the players feel the same way as the oddsmakers.

Westbrook definitely peaked at the right time. And with Vegas knowing the 'pulse of the voters', this is a done deal.

Russ is more valuable to his team, but when I watch harden play, I see a guy that makes his teammates better, and he operates within the flow of the team's offensive sets.

Westbrook is just iso-ball.

I think Harden has had an MVP worthy season, but this is correct. The culmination of getting the record, and sprinkling in a couple game winners right at the end of the season sealed it.

To be honest, I think there is some pretty good value in Harden @ 13/2, just as there was value in Westbrook a few weeks ago.

This dude deserves every bit of what's coming to him if Russ wins it.

No matter. Boom will (conveniently) be on a beach somewhere out of cell phone range living it up when the MVP award is announced.

Ol' B wins either way, bubba.
