It says the NFL did not receive video before 9/8/14. This is not exactly an unbiased report considering his connections to the NFL

There was no conclusive evidence to overturn the original call of not knowing

Ruling stands

Roger Goodell and 50 NFL employees were interviewed about whether they knew about the delivery of this video. None said they knew.

The AP did not cooperate. Mueller report says “We respect news media has a longstanding policy of protecting the confidentiality of sources”

reminds me of wolf of Wall Street.
"I have no recollection of that"
"I don't remember that"
"I cannot recall"

So what you are saying is the report is about like the edited version of the 9/11 commission report?

Gonna love to hear how they explain the whole voicemail by a lady at the NFL office saying she saw it and how horrible it is.

I didn't really think they had seen the whole video I just thought it was ridiculous that they acted like the video revealed some "new damning evidence". Everyone knew what happened in that elevator before that video came out. Hell, I'm pretty sure Ray Rice himself never denied it

They just used the video as an excuse to cover their arse for only suspending him 2 games originally before all the public outcry began
