NFL:Percy Harvin(?),Justin Blackmon(?)
MLB:don't watch enough,but before this year Harper,right? Probably Hamilton.

NHL-?

Golf/Tennis-?does Tiger count?

MMA-all of them are erratic save KBeezy.

For golf the biggest waste of talent was John Daly. When he entered the PGA tour people predicted that he would be the one to break Jack Nicklaus' records.
