I just thought I'd share their latest late night news dump, from 10:08PM (conveniently during MNF) last night. News of their accusations always seems to come out late Friday night or Super Bowl Sunday or other obscure times - never under the light of a weekday...

They are simply incorrigible: Growing List

With this amount of bad publicity I don't see how anyone would ever hire him again in all honesty.

It's bad.

I wish that I had some alibi that would put me in Waco during that time. I damn sure would've been raped.

And their Title IX coordinator resigned because she was disappointed in her role in implementing the recommendations that resulted from the Pepper Hamilton investigation.

Yep. She tried to negotiate a salary raise for her confidentiality. Baylor said no and she resigned.

Also not sure it is true. Baylor was trying to settle a retaliation claim she brought. She rejected a confidentiality agreement for 50k after they all agreed to a 1.5m settlement. She countered with 2mil, and Baylor said no. At least that is how this reads to me.

Now she is going to be on CBS tomorrow morning to spill the beans. It might be interesting, in part because she has defended the football program to an extent, apparently putting most of the blame on the administration as a whole.

Yea this is more accurate. they've updated the story throughout the day. She's going to throw the BoR and administration under the bus tomorrow. Get your popcorn ready.

Yes, note that it prompted yet another late night press release, though this one may be justified if they negotiated all day.

Here's a quote from an article "In a statement released at 11:49 p.m. Monday, Baylor announced the resignation of Title IX coordinator Patty Crawford." - this one: LINK
