Regular season MLB games in London as soon as 2017?
The commissioner is for it.
They've already played games in Australia and Japan- why not expand the brand into Europe?

seriously. Didn't the teams then come back to finish spring training.
I'm not necessarily against having games not in the US, but have them be exhibition.

Would be even worse if it was during the season. The last thing I'd want to do during an already arduous season is throw in an overseas road trip in there.

As long as it's East coast teams, it wouldn't be terrible, particularly at the beginning of the season. London is only about 6.5 hours from NYC, where as Sydney or Tokyo are 11-14 hours from LA.

A couple of NE teams could easily do this.
Would never get Yankees - Red Sox, which are the closest, but would settle for something like a Pirates - Indians type 3 game series.
