He looked like Calvin johnson. He was just dominating those corners and plucking balls out of the air. If he had played last year, Clemson probably repeats

Are we just talking about skill positions because Bama has dudes in the trenches on both sides of the ball that will be in the NFL for many years.

depends on how you define "best". Defense wins championships, especially in the NFL. I think there are other players who will be more dominant in the NFL from last night, but Williams may still have a bigger name and seemingly better career.
Williams may be a little derailed in NFL bc of injuries also.

This dude is like USC's Taylor Mays of skill position players. Howard looks the part and has all the measurables, but I don't think he's much of a route runner or particularly physical.

I agree. I did not know much about him before last night and he was very impressive. Really had a knack for plucking the ball out of the air.

I watched him play a lot this year and that was probably his WORST game I've seen of him. He was a MONSTER against Auburn
