Actually the adults in here are offering reasons behind their opinions and pointing out the fact that this dog will live better than most of us. The man paid his time. If he wants a dog for his kids then good for him and them. Dont let them make the same mistakes he made.

I dont care. I thought the whole original issue was blown way out of proportion.

His kids can be but IMO he shouldn't have that privilege ever again

and I don't care if you agree or don't

As usual, I disagree with you.

I believe in second chances. It's time to let the man heal.

I'm sure 2 years in prison has changed him

I dont have a dog in this fight.

Glad to see a happy ending to this saga. Vick sometimes tries to say the right things and it comes out wrong but, the guy sure did pay for the dog fighting thing.

Thoughts on this? I don't have a problem with him owning a dog again.

Depends on the breed, if it's a toy dog ok. But no Pitts, German Shepherds, Rotts, Doberman's, Akita's or any other aggressive breeds. As soon as one of those dogs attacks a human or another animal Vick is frickED.

Not a problem with him owning a dog, I don't see the big deal.... Not like he is going to fight his kids dog
