Based on what I saw tonight. Wouldn't even be close. Wins 12/12 rounds.

I just wanna know if Marquez is still considered over the hill and old 
mayweather only beats up on guys past their prime and "lost a step or two" i thought...
tonite did nothing to change my opinion on that matchup, Mayweather is incredible

He wouldn't get destroyed. Pac-Man doesn't get knocked out easily. It would be a close fight.

Just to be clear I'm not calling for a knockout. But I am saying FMM makes him look like a clown for 12 rounds before winning unanimously.

Mayweather doesn't knock out many fighters, and I question whether he has what it takes to knock out Pacquiao.
Stylistically, Mayweather has everything going for him. Manny wants to bang, and Mayweather wants to counter. Now, if for some reason Mayweather got stupid and went out headhunting, Manny could win the fight.

i want to see it as well.
Mayweather completely dominated Marquez... it would be closer against Pacquaio but the Mayweather would make him dive in to try and land punches and counter with strong punches

Floyd is gonna stand in the pocket all night and easily hit Manny. If Marquez can stand in there all night and hit Manny with everything, Floyd will too. Easy fight. Always been an easy fight. But Bob Arum will never let it happen

Manny has the power to knock out anyone, but honestly, as much as I want to see him win against Mayweather, his best shot is Floyd trying to make a point. A Mayweather that comes out trying to prove every one of his doubters wrong is a Mayweather that might take one too many chances. If he stays in his shell and just counters for points, Manny cannot beat him. If he goes for the KO...well...it will be a good fight.

Mayweather is one of the smartest fighters in the history of boxing. He does not have a lot of power, but his boxing skills/smarts are top notch.

A lot of people in this thread don't know shite about boxing. Marquez matches up really well against many, that's all. Still would be a great fight between PAC and may weather, they both are just giant pussies.
