Don't you think Dutchtown defense should get credit for at least 3 of those turnovers?

Rummel should win easily.

Don't know. Barbe is pretty good. They played pretty well against Evangel. Rummel will certainly have their work cut out for them. We also haven't fared very well against that district either the past 4 years.

Hopefully it's a good one.

I think as long as Rummel keeps up the physical play on the defensive and creates opportunities for the offense it should be a close one. Their offfensive line needs to have a big game this week.

Let's not talk about the Sulphur game in the 2006 state semi-finals. That was a game Rummel should have won with all of the talent on the team.

For what its worth, Kaplan handled North Vermillion pretty easily and has a better record than them.

It's not a ranking, it's a formula. A win is 10 points. It's 2 points for each class you play up. Then it's another point for every win that team has. So by the end of the year it's possible that a 1A team could beat a 9-1 5A team and receive 27 points for that 1 win. Then you divide the total points by the number of games.

That's how teams are seeded. The only way to get in other than to be in the top 32 is to win your district.

The website I found with the schedules just says "Walker". I assumed Walker High, could be wrong.

I don't understand how Lutcher played all of the top 5 in 5A except West Monroe early in the year and have the 3rd best power rating. I thought Lutcher would be #1 easily. If it stays this way one side of the bracket is going to be ridiculously loaded with the 3 best teams in 4A.
