Who pushed Iowas shite in this year? They've never trailed a game in the fourth quarter.

If last year were relevant, Ohio state wouldn't be in the position that it is in.

Also, Iowa had the Outland winner last year and their QB is leading a top ten Michigan team right now. Harbaugh calls him a godsend.

I've watched almost every iowa game this year and they would be the 4th or 5th best team in the SEC west.

Do you mouth-breathers realize how fricking stupid you look to the rest of the country when you say shite like this?

Your best OOC win, as a division, is a national title contender beating an unranked, third place team from the Big Ten West and a shitty A&M team beatin Arizona state.

The third place team in the SEC West lost to Texas Tech, a sub .500 big twelve team that has given up 45+ five times, including against Sam Houston State.

The second best team in the SEC west lost to a three loss American conference team.

South Carolina over North Carolina. But point taken. The SEC is definitely not that good this year. Claiming anybody besides Bama would beat Iowa is silly.

Here's the thing. If Iowa gets into the playoff, I'll be rooting for them to win it all. I love chaos. I just don't agree with them currently being in the top 4 as of right now.

I doubt you have watched "almost every iowa game".

And they would be the 2nd best team in the west. They are better than Ole Miss, a team that lost to Memphis. Keep in mind that Navy beat Memphis by 25 points.

Doubt all you want buddy. My girlfriend is from Iowa. If wisconsin doesn't fumble at the goalline then they probably end up winning the game against iowa. A team Alabama dominated.

You bird brains cannot get out of your own way with your poorly thought out arguments and baseless opinions.

Every fricking team has these games.

--Bama needed a late fumble to hold off a shitty Tennessee team that is only bowl eligible because they play in the worst division in power five football-- at fricking home.
--Michigan State needed the miracle of the decade in the Big Ten to beat Michigan.
--Notre Dame needed a Hail Mary to beat four win Virginia.

Wisconsin is not some shitbag program like Texas Tech, and winning in Madision is never easy. It is Iowas most competetive rivalry.

South Carolina does not play in the vaunted SEC West.

Iowa fan's insecurities are real. Tennessee may not be a great team but they are 7-4 and went to double overtime with the (overrated) #3 team in the country. Calling Notre Dame's touchdown a "Hail Mary" is being willfully ignorant they had 35 seconds left on the clock, but I assume you didn't watch the game.

Well regardless it still wasn't a Hail Mary in the sense that it was the last play of the game.

It was 10 weeks ago I was off by 20 seconds and my general point stands.

Eye Test: Notre Dame
Best Win: Iowa @ Northwestern (Navy close but will lose here and it was at home)
Best Loss: Iowa @ No one

35+ yards with under 40 sec to go...that is a hail mary.

Notre Dame should have lost to Virginia. That game gets completely swept under the rug. Have they played in any other hostile road environments this year besides Clemson and Virginia?

They still had a timeout, if he misses that all they needed was a 10-15 yard play to kick a field goal. It wasn't one of the crazy end of the game plays that happened this year. It wasn't some "miracle" play.

It's a message board, where people argue sports. I'm just here sawing off idiots like you and these SECtards that think the game is won on signing day and in an algorithm while making incredibly stupid comments like: "Iowa isn't a good team" -- and, "Iowa would finish 4th or 5th in the SEC West."

Tennessee is hot garbage. They just put up 24 on one of the worst teams in all of FBS, a team iowa laid 60+ on, barely beat South Cackalacki, and barely beat Mizzou. The SEC East is the worst power five division this year.

I'd say you're the one with the insecurities, sitting here trying to justify why Notre dame is getting the shaft and is stuck behind an unbeaten team, citing a "good loss, SOS metrics, and wins against non power fives, four loss USC and a hopeful win against a Stanford team that lost to the fifth best team in the big ten.

Okay, it wasn't a Hail Mary, but rather a bomb jump ball in the final minute to beat one of the worst teams in the ACC.
