That was a great baseball game. Congrats to New York and the South Koreans for putting on a show.

I still don't think Little League has gotten a handle on cheating...countries have been using this platform to promote themselves like the Olympics...and it's not just Taiwan, even though they were giant-sized compared to our 12 year olds.

South Korea lost today but everytime they come over, they are huge like Taiwan was in the 70's.

The average height for a South Korean male is 5'8" (these kids are that height at 12 years old???)

The average height for an American white/non-hispanic male is 5'10.5" - and yet the American kids look much shorter and skinnier than the Koreans.

If we can have Danny Almonte, there's no doubt far away places are still doing the same shite Taiwan did for 30 years.

simple way would be to have an all star team even though they are supposed to be the winner of one little area. there are plenty of 5 8" 12 year olds in a country with 200,000 12 year olds.
I am pretty sure that's how one country did it, previously. just have two or three really good kids join an existing team.

that NY team is not an all NY state all star team. they were from one town.

Yeah that's crazy....5'11" 190 pounds????? At 12 years old?

And to that guy who said US should enter the international pool...it's the opposite.

US has it 10x harder. Int teams should enter the US pool. We play tons more games because we make up 90% of LLBB globally. Getting out of the US division takes 3 months, the international is like 3 weeks.

If we put international teams through the US grind, it would be a different story. They have a cake walk if you understand how LLBB works. America should get two teams in the finals....meaning, an International team should have to beat us twice....that's how demanding the US schedule is and that's why we get an Auto spot in the champ game.

If South Korea won, they would have been 12-0.

US won it at 24-0.
