Hahahahahahhahahaha....troll.

Not even saying that Houston has a top 5 front court, but to say Clevelands is better than Houstons?!

How does it feel to know that Houston will never be the franchise San Antonio is?

I seriously didn't mean to make a rag on Houston thread. I like both Jones (underrated) and Motie (a bit overrated, but good). JSmoove is nothing close to as good as his playoff performance, though, and you know it. Houston's frontcourt is above average, but I seriously believe that the other 4 teams + Cavs = best 5 frontcourts.

Easy there. Cleveland's frontline with LeBron/Love/Mosgov is better than pretty much everybody's.

Love, Thompson, and Mozgov = top 10. Lebron getting a lot of time at the 4 = arguably the best frontcourt in the NBA.

LeBron is not a 4. He plays it sparingly, but he's not a 4.

He could be one of the top 2 PFs in the NBA. His team's makeup (loaded frontcourt, weak wings) has him mostly playing the 3, but he'd be best used starting at the 3 and finishing games as a smallball 4.

Jones was not very good this year. Very inconsistent and completely disappears a lot.

Motiejunas got pretty good this year, but I wouldn't call him overrated at all. A lot of NBA fans probably don't even know who the hell he is.

Josh Smith played well in the playoffs, but he has been playing like that all year. The only difference is that he shot a little better from 3.

Regular season per 36:

17 pts, 8.4 reb, 1.7 blk, 3.7 ast, 48.9% 2pt%, 33% 3pt%, 43.8% total FG%

Playoffs per 36:

21 pts, 8.7 reb, 1.5 blk, 4.2 ast, 47.2% 2pt%, 38% 3pt%, 43.8% total FG%

The main difference was that he shot the 3 a bit better.. from 33% to 38%. Everything else was pretty much the same.

This is pathetic like when Ole Miss or Arky fans ride Bama's cock on the SEC Rant.

I'll take your word on it since you've seen him a lot more than I have. He's been sneaky good whenever Ive watched him play.

Fair enough. "Pretty good" is how I would describe him.

Hard to believe, but OK. He tore shite up in all of the games that I saw him play, but it's Josh Smith. He's a disaster. Thing is, he very well be moving on to another team. Would be nice for the Rockets to keep him, but it probably doesn't make sense financially since they always seem to be THIS CLOSE to having cap space for a major FA.

In the end, Howard + Jones + Motie = a really good frontcourt. Definitely above average. But not top 5. I honestly believe that NOLA, SA, Mempis, and Dallas have top 5 frontcourts.

It's hard to believe because of his reputation in Detroit. But he played very well for the Rockets this year.
