Worked out well for Miami

Not sure if sarcastic, but it actually did work out well. He rushed for over 1K the past 2 years and was a pretty good back for them.

They are trying to be the saints. Only thing is the saints have brees and the lions have stafford. Im sure they can finish 3rd in the north though so good for them.

Nobody thinks the lions would be better served addressing the secondary. A 3rd down RB isn't exactly their biggest concern.

Their first signing was DB Chris Houston this morning. I would say they did address the secondary first.

Would seem like a mistake, he was the guy in Miami, have to think Leshoure gets a lot of carries. Receptions probably go up though.

Typical statement from butthurt Saints fan who prays every night that Reggie won't be successful

He was actually a little shy of 1,000 last year. As long as detroit doesnt get Daniel Thomas, reggie should be able to keep his job.

Why? Leshoure was terrible last season. The Lions promised Reggie a full time lead back role

TIme-share I'd imagine. But Reggie will get more. 12-18 touches. LeShoure more like 10 and all the goal line

You do realize Thomas won't even be the starter in Mia next year?

Great spot for Reggie

Lions need a back like Jahvid Best to open up that offense

Reggie was breaking down last year, just don't see him getting 20 carries a game. Leshoure had 8 tds behind a bad offensive line, he will almost certainly get the goal line.carries which obviously hurts Bush's fantasy value.

His fantasy value is higher now. He won't have some nobody who fumbles non stop taking his carries. However the lions, like the bears were frustrating on the goaline. I'm excited about forte this year though.

Reggie Bush was a luxury with the Dolphins, not a necessity. I know it's cliche to talk about his dancing at this point, and even though he has cut down on that over the years, he is not a zone blocking scheme running back.

That's why Philbin didn't place an emphasis on resigning him, and that's why they drafted Lamar Miller last year.

If the Lions use Reggie like the Saints did, I think he'll flourish. There's going to be a lot of space for him to catch passes in because they're not going to see a lot of stacked fronts.
