I've been out of Louisiana for a while, but I lurk here everyday to keep up with LSU. Please help me understand what happened with the playoff classification structure. Classes and Districts? What gives? I know...Germans.

My question is.....how can karr and ej play each other for championship? In Ala the teams are split north vs south of state. How are the teams split in Louisiana for thge playoffs?......thanks

We have no geographic divides... You can go from nola to shreveport in round 1

Pubic and private schools are separated.

4 private school divisions and the regular 5 classes for public schools

Gives more teams a chance to go to dome but obviously ruins the competition.
